I've been out with them all, and to be honest I think that the 110 is easily the better offroader of the lot.
The 90 is a good little car, but it is too short in the wheelbase which makes climbing and rut play difficult and dangerous. The suspension really doesn't flex all that well due to the sway bars. The ride height is ok, but the side bars are a bit low. Good Rover rear diff.
The 110 is a good length though erring on the long side, has great articultion in the suspension and has a good ride height. Although the ride height is impressive, if you want to do some serious 4WDing then the length makes the ramp over angle a little low - but still better clearnace than absolutely anything else on the market! The older models have the bullet proof strength of the Salisbury diff which tolerate an absolute ass flogging, but the later Rover diffed ones have really good clearance.
The 130 firstly is sprung not just massively too stiff, but way stiffer again. They just dont articulate enough to get power down, and that is there no.1 down fall to being a good offroader. Probably great for touring though with the weight carrying capacity. No doubt the length, rampover, turning circle and Salisbury clearance would then be a prob.
