I dare you Jerry, it's a bit small to live in.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

    Mmmmm.....

    I quite like this one.
Bentley 4.5litre Blower Open Tourer 1928 for sale - PreWarCar

A friend of a family friend had one. He sold it to someone in the UK for $1mil. It was about the time when The Flying Scottsman was out here. He got a photo of it with the train at the North Melbourne yards before it was loaded into the container.
I wonder how much it will be worth now?

Just the ticket for your commute Mick, as long as it doesn't rain. Can you get an ARB bar for them?

I have a mate who owns one of them. We call it "The Magic Carpet".
It is a dream to drive.

    There's a story.
Back in 1930, they raced them. Against, amongst others, the Germans. The Mercs also had superchargers but better ones than the English.
So, the English ran some naturally aspirated Bentleys in the race.
So,the race started and one of the supercharged Bentleys flew out in front. The Mercs gave chase. Pop! The Bentley's motor went. Then another one of the supercharged Bentleys flew out in front. The Mercs gave chase. Pop! That Bentley's motor went. So, another one of the supercharged Bentleys flew out in front. The Mercs gave chase. Pop! That Bentley's motor went.
So, this went on all through the race. By the last few laps all the supercharged Bentleys were either out of the race or very shagged. The Mercs were pretty shagged to. No match for the unstressed naturally aspirated Bentleys.
    Bentley won the race.
I love that story. That is why I'd love a 1930 Bentley. Supercharged, of course. Rarity does come into it.

That would be one of the two sisters to Gavs 101.

I give you permission to buy it and gift it to me.
