    qld police officer shot and killed in the line of duty

    sorry i dont have a link yet. but ive heard that a qld police officer was shot and killed while on a traffic stop.

    my heart goes out to his family.

    Very sad news, every one has a right to come home safely after a day at work no matter what their occupation. We want police officers to also feel safe, we don't want to become another America where officers need one hand on the holster when approaching a car that would be scarey for us motorists.

    I went to school with the Officer, and his older brother is a good friend of mine . His father was also a police officer. Very tragic.
