Id make telemarketing an illegal activity.

How about all traffic and transport enforcement being done on a safety based criteria rather than revenue based.

If I was a King (or a Queen for that matter) there would be no Democracy.
A Benevolent Dictatorship sounds much better & would suit my personality.

As for laws?
I would make everyone get a silly hair cut & shoot rockets into the Sea of Japan.
