Hmmmmm. I would not be so delusional as to imagine that I could be a benevolent autocrat as that is an absolute contradiction in terms. So I'd have to line quite a few unseemly types up against the wall.
I think It would be safe to make AULRO my Council. That would save me looking too far afield and I've spotted one or two very wise and wonderful minds here.
I would ask that although the Council would have free reign, they should avoid causing squabbles amongst the general populace as I like my peace and quiet.
My first decree would be that no one shall be granted a licence to drive until they can drive a fully laden B Double down a wet clay surface road for a distance of two hundred meters without incident.
