Thread: People taking advantage of Domino's franchisees

Domino's has introduced yet another innovation - seems that customers can complain about virtually anything and get a replacement pizza

It is hard to imagine that some customers would not take unfair advantage of this at the franchisee's cost.

So, if I complain about the pizza ( loanrangi is right, BTW, so I would ), they give me something else to complain about? I thought perpetual motion was supposed to be impossible
