    Has been for years. South of Warwick, at any rate. Probably not between Toowoomba and Warwick, though. Plenty of RMS checkers on the NE in NSW, and never a question asked.

    Of course John, a bit of oldtimers slipped in there, it used to be the only route until the Pacific was duplicated.

    I can't go. I wish I could but I can't get the time off.
    The NE is quite quick now but unless I was going to Toowoomba I'd take the Pacific. If I wanted a fang and a bit of scenery, it would be Thunderbolts and Buckets.
