I wouldn't think that the average camper/tourer would come into contact with chemicals nasty enough to warrant carrying "Diphotérine" .
Maybe if you intend to work/visit a Gold, bauxite or nickel treatment plant where caustic or arsenic were in use it would be a Great idea But on a trip camping or fishing it is a bit of overkill.

Good chance Ian sets up camp only a few meters away from nasty stuff.......me I choose motel rooms over setting up camp near the nasty stuff needing diphoterine.

Personally I much prefer setting up camp near the beach or a nice river and enjoy the sunrise/sunset where you don't even get a whiff of that nasty stuff.

I hope I don't get a wiff of the nasty stuff, either.

I spent many years working on remote sites with those sorts of nasty chemicals on site and it always gave me the "hee-bee jee-bies", I am Not sorry that I no longer have to work amongst this stuff anymore [thumbsupbig]
