Local Guy with mental health issues gets arrested today.

We have this guy that seems to have moved into our suburb over the last 2 tears, 1st time I saw him he was dressed in fishnet stockings and a wig and was standing on a street corner, I thought a hooker had moved in. Then other days he dresses in a tank top and very tight shorts and walks with a strut even in the middle of winter. I have been real close to him at shops and other places and other locals tell me he is dangerous.
We call nicknamed him Strutter in the neighborhood because of his strange chest out walk .
It appears he used to be a kick boxer and has mental health issues. I have driven in the area only to find him wandering on the road in front of traffic, you can't pass until he decides to cross onto the foot path which could be 20 -50 meters.

A few months ago he was got hit by the Belgrave train, rumour was he got bashed and some how ended up on the train line. Today he was dressed as a woman and was reported to have a firearm in the food court in Knox city shopping centre, a video appeared on You tube of his arrest. I feel sorry that this guy has a problem obviously mentally and is in need of serious help. I was told he has been in jail before, but he probably needs to be hospitalised. The end of the video shows a poilce offrer removing the wig and this guy is obviously in some sort of state looking at his face and shaking.

    That individual is beyond help...

If it was any other species we would have him humanely put down.

In that condition permanently incarcerated at a MHF is all he would likely be suitable for. (Based on the video and comments)..

Hi Chris he lives in Tecoma and we do see him dress up and sometimes walking around with his guitar. He really needs help. Looking at the clip it looked like a false gun.
You can see it when the police woman walks across and put it on the table. If it was real she wouldn't put it down on the table. Heather

Funny thing is my brother lives in Olinda and i remember him talking about a bloke... or ummm whatever it is walking around Belgrave. Clearly it needs some serious mental health help!

He’s aggressive and out for attention, some will think he has rights and can be saved, he scares my kids and is stealing the air up here.

We have a bloke that I see daily walking around barefoot in any weather that obviously has mental health issues, seems harmless and he must live nearby so assume someone is looking out for him.
