    From Yass.

Brought my youngest grandchild back on Monday to resume school on Tuesday, stayed for the oldest one's birthday party today, and home tomorrow.

Malin head the most northerly point of Ireland

Coffee truck operator is not local and speaks in a language that can be understood by those who were lucky enough to be born in a great southern land

I was rounding Cape Morton around this time in 2001. The whales had been shadowing us all the way up from Sydney. At Morton they started breaching, up close and personal. Nice to be paid for whale watching.
    Cheers, Billy.

    Houston, Texas.

Arrived here on the 4th, but only got my wifi on my laptop to work with my twin brother,s wifi today. and I am not expert enough on a phone to even try!

Travelled by Air New Zealand, only complaint was all flights were delayed by up to three hours. Add to that an hour drive to the airport in Canberra, be there three hours ahead of check in, and it turned a nominally 22hr trip into about 28-30hrs. With long walks in Sydney and Auckland, and a final about 2km walk from the gate to passport control followed by standing in a queue for half an hour, I almost collapsed there and had to be seen by an EMT. After sitting for ten minutes and drinking a bottle of water I was able to walk the final half kilometre to claim my bag and get to the pickup area where I was met by my brother and his daughter.

I have asked for early boarding and a wheelchair if needed for the return trip. As I said to the EMT, the only thing wrong with me is too many birthdays! (83 next week).

I am here until 4/12, and I will try to post some pictures later in my stay.
