If I encountered that situation I would be out of there quick smart to find another vacant spot. Why? Because any intimidating action by a driver in his car would fall into the criminal behavior of "road rage/assault with a motor car etc" type incident with the police.

Yep, certainly be dangerous driving if you touched her. Pedestrians have right of way. Could lose your licence. Is it really worth it?

The woman in this situation is pretty much "Jaywalking" and is clearly in the wrong because she is the one that is guilty of inciting a "road Rage" incident.
I imagine that if you calmly stood your ground called the police and continually beeped the horn at this moron she would eventually move out of the way or would be removed by someone with the authority to do so because of all the commotion.
You could also take a picture of what she is doing and send it to the police with your complaint and await their arrival [thumbsupbig]

Yep, she's certainly in the wrong and behaving like a moron. Still, if you touch her with your vehicle then you're also in the wrong.
It would be tempting though ... Would a fine, loss of licence and possible jail be worth it? Personal decision.

Hard one to call but at the end of the day is a car park spot really worth all the aggravation and heart ache .
The first impression says **** her and stand your ground but the smarter side if there is one [bigwhistle]say`s move on and find another spot and don`t stress.
