Worst phrase ever invented - The customer is increasingly more frequently an overbearing, moronic, self important ****. With no patience, no tolerance and no clue.

I used to get rather annoyed when a Mr/Ms Public parked in my clearly signed reserved parking spot in an otherwise busy basement car park. I’d leave a one page dissertation firmly taped to their windscreen (huge font, few words) - on how they were in effect stealing from me, since I pay my own hard earned $ for that specific reserved spot.
Only once - a small pebble found its way under a valve cap. That was after a few hours when went to check if my spot was vacant. Found the vehicle still there and my note torn up.
Had an interesting time a few years ago at our local shopping centre, my daughter had lost her car keys whilst shopping, no spare key, had to get a locksmith to come and do his electronic magic with the lock & immobiliser. Whilst waiting for the locksmith, the spot next to her car became vacant so I decided to hold it for the locksmith. A few drivers started to get irate as I stood in the spot when they wanted it, all were very ok and happily moved on when I explained the situation. Filthy looks from the ones who saw me standing there but didn't stop long enough for me to explain, none tried to kill me though.
