This type of thing is an everyday occurrence here in Bangkok. They will put plastic chairs, empty boxes and whatever else they have handy, in front of their place of business on a public road. Another trick is to park 4 cars in a marked 3 car space reserved for disabled parking. I have had this happen to me on several occasions where I could not open the drivers side door to get in, and being disabled I cannot climb over from the passenger side. They usually leave their car out of gear with the hand brake off, but not always!
The following just happened recently where the 2 old biddies had had enough and took to the offending car with an axe and a steel post!
