Had the apprentice hold a spot on occasion but no other cars where pulling in!
When working in certain buildings we've also used bollards and/or witches hats, particularly when expecting deliveries on site during construction.
What really ****es me off is shoppers parking in loading zones or trade specified areas.
When you have a **** load of gear to carry on site and no sherpa (read apprentice) available having shoppers take all the allocated and sign posted spaces is more than annoying.
They'd also probably be the first to complain that the shopping centres air conditioning isn't working.
Oh, that's right, while you're sweating inside and whinging to management I'm still looking for a parking space!!
BTW, you can be the deliverer of karma.
Once I was waiting for a spot and a bloke drove up the carpark lane the wrong way/against the signage and pushed in front as the the car in the space I was waiting for backed out.
When confronted he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
After finding another spot my then partner couldn't believe that somehow a small rock found its way under the valve cap of a tyre so that tyre would've been flat by morning.
The only mistake is that two tyres should've been done...[emoji6]
