I wonder if a high gain antenna on a long pole will help?When an installation attempt is made - no go, there isn't signal in your area as you're behind a hill so the fixed wireless won't work.
I know at Yardie Creek Station at Ningaloo there was a bloke making good money selling antennas and poles to the caravanners.
Just on that subject, I was recently at Tumut and on wireless I was getting fantastic speeds, so I guess it was 4GX.

Would need to be one loooong pole - around 50 to 100 metres tall may do it - I'm not talking about a small hill, more a range of hills. Their property is right under a flight path for a local airstrip too, so I doubt it would go down too well if they stuck an obstacle that large in the air either. 😁
