    NBN credits.

My sister just got her phone bill from the big one. She has about $1100 credit. There arte monthly credits of $60 going back for ages, they are labelled "Adjustment T-Broadband 50 GB in NBN".

I assume these credits are compensation for slower tham promised speeds. Can anyone confirm this?

Telstra offered me a refund of the difference payed for speeds not delivered as a lump sum if I applied to go back to a different plan. Given that I am getting 90MBPS almost all the time I chose to stay in my 100 plan so not 100% sure, but thought it was a one off payment. Wondering if they have stuffed something up there?

I give up, Gav. There is in fact a credit amount of $1389.678 (!?) being 23 credits of $60 and one of $9.678 going back to April 2016. I've been on the receiving end of some pretty bizarre examples of T's accounting practices, but this one, well....

We've had some pretty bizarre credits from Telstra before. They may not be for NBN. We got $1000s in credit for a duplicate yellow pages listing that was back dated to the stone age. Sometimes they just pick these things up all by themselves and make the necessary "adjustments".
