Unseasonal weather we are having, wheres autumn?

We are headed for a 'weather event' - one of my most hated terms used by the media. It's just weather - we get it every day. Some days are nicer than others, some better to fly kites in - it's all just weather...

It has been breezy here today - and it will rain soon. Nothing that note worthy IMO.

Ha Ha , there was a Sydney Water bloke on Radio yesterday saying that they had 500 calls from people complaining of no water.

It was that the water pipes had frozen at the meters. So the numpties were advised to cover their meters and pipes but not put hot water on them. I don't know , I once had the pipes from my HW system freeze in Melbourne and I just poured hot water on them.

Think of the thousands who worked it out themselves.

I remember I had a German plumber who couldn't believe that all the sewer pipes were on the outside of buildings in Melbourne, as when they freeze you really have a problem.

    Regards Philip A

He was right. It's cold enough for a sheepskin G-banger.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

Well, it was your choice to live in the frozen state. If you don't wish to freeze your arse off in winter don't live south of Coffs Harbour. Brisbane metro forecast for tomorrow is min. 13 max 28.

It's beautiful down here Brian. Lovely and green. Not too hot. Puddles in the muddy paddocks. The occasional drowned sheep.
    I love winter.
    I love rugging up.
I love going for brisk walks in the crisp evening air.
Oh, another shower has passed through, washing the car. One less job to do on the weekend.
