    Hmmm. Wonder if it was re-powered with a Ranger engine (and then driven too close to some grass!)?

    Strangely tho, I've seen two other cars catch fire between Warragul Rd and High St section of the Monash 'Car Park' .. probably other that I haven't, but this one now makes it 3 in about as many years.

    Other two I've actually seen were on the Princess Fwy inbound near Lara(Geelong end) and then one at the top of the Pentland Hills climb on the Western Fwy(unfortunately an old 2dr RRC).

    Me thinks it couldnt have been a TDi, as the fuel is not volatile , must have been petrol of LPG . had a bit of kit fitted to the roof.
    I can just imagine all the passing Jap 4wd owners getting there jollies as they drove by and the comments.
