So perhaps not an accurate representation Fess up how many had a vehicle break down this week end?
Anybody who gives me ‘that look’ immediately gets the ‘I will take my money elsewhere’ comment and I walk away - regardless of how good the product they were offering is/was.

I didn’t spend a $ - other than a Fess up how many had a vehicle break down this week end? the interesting stand was ARB I reckon more salespeople than products. All very $$$ and nothing I thought outstanding. I didn’t bother speaking with them

Unlike some I did use my old Disco for adventuring and all that. Did a round trip to Echuca. Runs like a Swiss clock, a slightly noisy, diesel sounding Swiss clock that is.

LOL...thought the same when I walked through the ARB Stand, yep sales staff nearly outnumbered the punters.

Our Defender was also faultless, and it did get driven (to church) on Sunday, but on Saturday we took the Mazda to the camping show, where we inspected what might become our new camper trailer if we get a good house price later in the year.

Faultless in the Defer with camperback and trailer over 250kms of corrugations and sand dunes over the Finke Desert Race weekend.
    Nearly 4.5 tonne with trailer.
Keep smiling how effortless the Defender does things.

I recall OKA wheel nuts falling off on a trip. It seems the said driver blamed his wife.

The stupid thing is when all others are closed or asleep I should take advantage and charge more for out of hours parts..

I remember a night I get an email of a desperate Disco 2 driver with a stuffed fuel pump stuck out the other side of the black spur. They have a baby on board it was a cold night. I felt sorry for them I offeredi if you can get to Healesville, I will meet them 1/2 way. So Heather and I hopped into our car and drove there to help them. They guy was grateful, said he would buy all his future parts from me. NEVER HEARD BACK From HIM.
