Update: I had my dyanamic bladder test today and my life line was not there.

Just got back from the hospital where I had a specialist do a dynamic bladder test. The result is my bladder is not responsive, The doctors and I had hoped it might of been a prostate or simiiar operatable fix for me no being able to pass urine by myself. The specialist findings are that diabetes has killed off my nerves to the bladder, so its now lifetime catheters for me. Unfortunately I am prone to bladder infections also, I've had 3 over the last few months and they have made me very unwell with flu like symptoms. It doesn't matter how sterile I try to make things I still mange to pick up bugs. Was hoping for this life line but it was a slim chance. Oh well life goes on as they say.

I don't mind some toilet humour.
If you can hang on a bit longer, I might think of something else.

Really sorry to hear Mario. I had a power line in for 6 month (different problem and location) and thank **** it never got infected, but I can synpathise with the efforts needed to keep everything clean.
    Cheers

For this test they performed on me , they put a power line up my rectum and another into my urether, this was to measure nerve response, whilst they filled my bladder to capacity under xray.
I reckon if they fitted a battery they could have jump started me.
