Why not report it to your council.
Or if it has had a go at you, report the incident to the police.
About 8 years back, I tried to warn a local that his dogs ( 3 ) were terrorising people in the street.
For trying to help, when the council came down on them they automatically blamed me.
Since then, they have tried to break into my workshop.
They have continually driven at VERY slow speeds when ever we are behind them in THEIR OWN vehicles, but the clown also drives an RACQ breakdown vehicle and when driving that, he has repeated driven along at the correct speed then suddenly jammed the brakes on for no reason, trying to cause a tail ender.
So as above, don’t do anything yourself, let the authorities do their job.

The neighbour had a dog when I was younger ... big cross breed thing. It bit me once so I kicked the bastard so bloody hard I thought I'd probably killed it ...... It was my best friend after that (I guess we worked out who the leader of the pack was going to be). It wasn't until years later I admitted to the neighbour I'd kicked his dog .... "I wondered why the dog liked you" was his response .... It didn't like anyone else.
