Before you ask, yes, I am ex Infantry- yes I have engaged in hand-to-hand combat, yes I have seen people being injured and/or die whilst in uniform
I dont doubt your credentials or the credentials of others here.
But with said skills comes common sense too. Would you assault someone because of this or simply detain with force?
I suspect the latter. I highly doubt you will drop his dacks and insert said paint for example.

Now days you would go for sexual assault and be put on those sex offender lists. Imagine that all over spray paint!!

There are a lot of us old farts out here that are ex milliary or have done hard jobs working with hard men and will usually not ignore anything like this happening.
Maybe the younger generations have been living a much more sheltered life and tend to shy away from confrontation I don't know But there are a lot of woos's out there these days.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting too many ex-military.
Well my eldest son did serve but is now out, i dont see him anymore sadly.
One that comes to mind i did meet was Julian Knight however im pretty sure you will not consider him to be the norm ex-military. Perhaps he is in a way? PTSD and all that becoming such an issue.
A bit out of my realm though i have to say given i never served.

Talk softly, but carry a big stick.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Don't think so, but you should get an option for early release!
