    Yep. Spoken to them on many occasions.
    I could have applied to get them to force the insurance company to repair the vehicle. Maybe I should have but, had I done that, I'd still be arguing.
    Vicroads have a little over a week to determine whether the vehicle should even be on the WOVR. There are signs it may be decided in my favour. If it is, That is when I take it to the ombudsman, again.

    In Danish it is ombudsmand. Man is a pronoun. Meanings are one, you, they, people, according to my Dansk/Engelsk dictionary. Mand means man or husband. Landmand is a farmer or farmhand and somand is a seaman (that o has a stroke through it. One of the extra vowels in Danish and is pronounced err). Swedish is nowadays a good bit different to Danish even though they are both North Germanic languages like English.
