				In Danish it is ombudsmand. Man is a pronoun. Meanings are one, you, they, people, according to my Dansk/Engelsk dictionary. Mand means man or husband. Landmand is a farmer or farmhand and somand is a seaman (that o has a stroke through it. One of the extra vowels in Danish and is pronounced err).
