Those Land Rovers won't fall off. He's made it to Ballina without losing them. Now he's been pinged by someone who has no idea about load security.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

I’d say the the truckie has no idea......look at the strap putting upward pressure on the fuel tank and every time the suspension goes up and down it’s loading the tank even more.

Pretty poor attempt by the truckie in my view....it looks like his mate has done a better job on the Mog.

Just thinking, those straps must be pretty close to the brake classier and brake lines, I cannot quite picture the rear shocks in relation to the strap.

I'm not saying it's a tidy job, Weeds, but they're not going to fall off, therefore there's no security issue.

I’m not saying they are going to fall off...if I was the owner of the cars I’d be a little annoyed if happen to see how my car was secured.

I bet they are in gear...
The wear on the gears rocking back & forward, especially on a long trip aint particularly kind to the transmission.
Mine arrived in neutral & tied down like this ( as it should be)

The way they are tied down, if the vehicle moves forward the rear strap will roll across the top of the tyre, further reducing tension and therefore more movement. Same for any rearward movement... They are only staying there by virtue of being hard up against one another, which must be fun as they grate against each other moving on their suspension...

It hasn't moved in over 700km.
