Thread: Anyone know this goose?

Sorry bob10but video won't open but I once knew a bloke who would drive off road to run over lizards he thought it was funny but not so much when police questioned him about this activity.

Plenty out there who get their laughs being idiots. Had a mate on a job up Fitzroy way years ago would go out of his way to drive over anything which walked, crawled or slithered in front of him.
I've seen quite a few of the big strong 4wheel drivers with the family in their "tough as" vehicles do exactly the same thing laughing their heads off at squashing something into the dirt.

To think i pull over stop and watch them with the kids. Not ****ing run them over!

I dont care how drunk you are or whatever thats just bad form and people will pick him up on this.

Hell i cant even kill a spider or any animal let alone driving them over.

I hope after this public shaming he will rethink these sort of behaviours.

I hate hitting them.

On my trip a few weeks ago I stopped to euthanise a small joey with fractured hip by the looks , mum dead. Heartbreaking.

I know they are on our roads but we need to care more.

I avoid night driving as much as possible.

I used to put a sticker on my fender for everything I'd hit but realise now the stupidity of that.

I still manage to hit animals and birds on every trip I do. It's almost inevitable when you do a couple of 5-6000km bush trips each year.

On my last trip a bird strike punched a hole in my grill and another strike with a hawk not getting off some road kill early enough took out my cb antenna. Like I said its hard to avoid but I stop to check the animal I hit isnt suffering.
