Yep,, I reckon I'd pay that.
Looks to be in mint condition,, don't think I'd care how much I paid if I had that sort of "spare cash" to start with.![]()
If I had a spare $100K, I would have to think twice or thrice before spending it on this early Series 1, nice though it is.

I have a mate who is looking for investments.
Just send him an email.

Very nice, but they claim it's all original but the engines paint has clearly been touched up. Wonder what else has been?
I'm sure some sucker will part with their money (I can't say hard earned as it's likely it wasn't). Have seen some close to as good as this for a third of the price.
Still, a VERY nice example that I wouldn't be unhappy about having in my garage.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
If I still worked in North Sydney I'd pop down and ask for a test drive![]()

Something NQR about it, the Chassis number does not make sense for a Early 80 , not even within cooee of the excerpt I have from the 80" register , and they yellow knob has an incorrect cover plate , but no ring pull,
I'll hang onto my 'spare' 100K for now .
I wish you'd posted this before I went to the Goomeri bakery.![]()
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
Most of the cars I have seen these guys advertise are for serious money. But, pretty much all of them have not been completely original, which kind of negates the inflated (rivet counter) purchase prices in my opinion.

The car in my view is restored not original as stated the paint on the motor has been redone it has been rewired at some stage as is evident from the spade terminals and shrunk wrap on the wiring also bungie cord on the cover wasn't around then.
