    It all works for me , Perhaps if they share the same call centre with the ATO you might be in trouble

    I did make the mistake of going to a Medicare office. Its now part of unemployment and pensions..... The line to get into any line was huge. After an hour I was the only person in the cue for the medicare office. The medicare person was waiting doing little to nothing at that counter for the entire hour!

    Good luck. IT and Government is not not a good mix. The Medical bit is a great example. My Great and powerful "My health record" is a largely analog or PDF based system

    That is the worst! You need to go in after 12 when all the derros have come and gone and are back at home drinking.
    Same with vic roads waiting in line to get in line....always the way.
