Perhaps this replacement car has come from a special stock of prepared cars that are not shall we say as they left the factory.
and not just a commoners car that travels on an open car carrier this came in an enclosed truck to protect it for common bugs. LOL

If he was responsible for an at fault fatality, would a prince go to jail like the common folk? or is there special treatment, ( forgetting the age)

Story said its a black Discovery Sport costing 68,000 pounds, so it must have everything, although I'm sure the royals get a fleet discount.
Another story said Phil was the only person in his vehicle. Where was his security detail - had he given them the slip?
Will be fascinating to see if the police lay dangerous driving or similar charges for him pulling out in front of the other vehicle.

Bloody confusing 'aint it Mick? So many opinions. I heard a Cub reporter call it a Range Rover yesterday so maybe they all need their peepers testing &/or a Land Rover ID Wall Chart.
SKY News UK showed footage/video of a Freeloader today & stated that is what it is but as they all look the same these days it could have been anything, especially after a T Bone bingle & as FLs appear to be getting up to D1 size..

    But not a S2A.

Apparently, it is a very bad stretch of road & over the last few days "The Agency" were having a meeting about that & deciding to install speed cameras. One would have thought that as this road is used by H M the Q that would have already been policed as a matter of course not to mention also used by the common folk.
I bet they will now & soon, if not already.

Well the car in the accident was a Freelander 2 - nothing like a discovery Sport - the vision of the wrecked car on the tilt tray is a FL2.

In medieval times troublesome royals were usually incarcerated in a dungeon in one of the royal castles or the Tower of London. In the 19th. and early 20th. centuries they were regularly sent into exile as a Governor of a minor colony.

Prince Philip was driving a Freelancer and his new vehicle is a Discovery Sport.
There is speculation he may have to surrender his licence to avoid being prosecuted.
