I haven't bothered with the caramel sauce. I just have it with cream. I just put the whole egg in. I can't be bothered separating the yolk and the white.

If you search for microwave mug recipes, you will find other similar recipes.

In the camp oven, they don't rise as much as in the microwave, but they taste the same.

2.5hrs our from the campsite I popped a rolled pork roast and sweet potato.

Just did 16 day road trip.....I think I got em all listed.

1 x savory mince parcel
2 x rolled chicken and veg
1 x rolled pork and veg
1 x roast veg
1 x eye fillet and veg
2 x pie days grrrrrrrr
2 x dampers
1 x garlic bread
1 x lamb shank and veg.....our favorite by far and was on the second last night on the road

Testing the insulated door, new oven tray and trivet.

My pet hate is heating pies in the oven.....it’s all I have in the fridge.

Door is doing its job, measures around 30 ish degree maybe a bit hotter, that save me being branded on the arse.

How did you do the insulated door?
Im seriously thinking of getting one of these even though we’ve go the caravan.
Just thinking it’d be good to just pull up and “hook in” to something when arriving somewhere, even with the van,, and then there’s the cold day trips to think about. 😉
