I received a grant of $580 per annum for Government.
Rors, that seems to be about all they will pay each year + a minuscule index amount if you are lucky. I receive a payment for Tena Level 2s which has been going on for aprox. 20 years & I did have a Sling fitted about 6 years back but that hardly made any difference in my case if at all.
One grins & bears it.
Sorry to hear about your fall, I had one yesterday as well [& doesn't it happen sooooo quickly,?] in the F&V section of Coles SM but that was caused by me shifting my left foot to turn right & that hit my right foot which didn't move because I had very grippy lightweight rubber soled shoes on & arse over tit I went amongst the Avos & Bananas. Lush. Smashed Avo anyone?
I'm sure the caring onlookers /helpers were after my wallet & couldn't give a stuff about me.Maybe that's not quite correct.
Now have got a sore knee joint as well as a sore arse & shoulder but worse things happen at sea.
AT RESTOn the Week end at a servo my legs started getting wobberly and I was about to fall. I went to the doctor today and had my blood pressure taken it was too low 120/60 Hes taken me off the blood pressure tablets I was prescribed a couple of months ago to take pressure off my kidneys, other visits confirmed my blood pressure was normal on these tabs, so with a review in a week we'll see if this sensation and falling goes away.
Low blood pressure can be serious so it's good he's acted on it.
