Had the Mobile turned off at 0700 hrs and turned it on at 1500 and 5 missed call messages from a 08633**** number in Perth , going by the time on the message i dont think they were made from Perth ?? .

New rule unplug landline and leave mobile switched off untill i want to make a call , unless anyone knows of a way to stop these robo and nuisance calls i cant see any other way to solve the problem , surely there must be way in this day and age to solve this problem ,What price technology . End of rant time for a Tooheys .

I have an old fashioned answering machine. When their dialer senses the machine it just hangs up.
Works for me.
Also I have no mobile service at home.

My mate hands the phone to his 3 yr old son when he gets a nuisance call and lets him chat away.
