But not too slow, just while he's still kicking. Gas Mark 3? What spices would you be recommending?

My favorite 1/2 Marathoner is possibly the last home every time at Lilydale. She is 80+ Speed is only an issue if being chased happily For everything else I highly recommenced doing it at your speed not mine or some one else's Just move as much as you can is my tip.

I would love run a nifty African race called comrades. Its a Ultra nuts run which has allegedly has seen a Gazelle or other wild beast cross paths with the running nuts. I am a mere mortal 42 runner or used to be , will be again maybe could be It would be cool to be chased not caught. Never been bitten by a big salty wet bitey thing may give me false hope?

Lions aren't generally interested in eating people, it would have to be an old slow lion that'd view a human as an easy meal. I spent a month in some of Rhodesia's game parks and slept in tents in camps with dilapidated fencing and at night could hear lions roar. One day we came across the guys that maintained the windmills at the watering holes, and they would walk from one to the other with no rifle, the closest thing to a weapon they had was a large pipe wrench. IIRC we saw lions along the same road that they'd been walking on.

My mate ran the Comrades marathon once for fun, he said never again, it is about 90 km's long and goes from Pietermaritzburg to Durban, I think Bruce Fordyce still holds the record for the most wins.

Signatures are not accepted anywhere in Australia

Triva- dropped a credit card on Anzac day. An RSL tried calling me that night - I missed the call and canceled the card. New one turned up and best triva today noted was the note on the paper with the card that Signatures are not accepted anywhere in Australia any longer for Credit cards! It might be just my Bank of course

Wot you sayin' Willis? If they deliver you a new card, a receipt signature for that new card is no longer valid? Makes sense.
