    Bill- A 96-year-old fitness trainer!

Triva is I have watched Bill for a few years!

"It's 7:30 on a winter Tuesday morning, and at an indoor pool in Melbourne's east, a 96-year-old instructor is gently revving up his charges to perform an enthusiastic underwater can-can.
Bill Stevens, a fit-as-a-fiddle nonagenarian with a shock of silver hair, likes to inspire others — who are generally a decade or two (or three) younger than him — to get fit."

phycology - typos Seaweed and Algae! Not our minds

Some dayz! A Typo I made then corrected in another thread was phycology to psychology. I looked and found a triva fact which made me laugh

Phycology (from Ancient Greek φῦκος (phûkos) 'seaweed' and -λογία (-logía) 'study of') is the scientific study of algae. Also known as algology, phycology is a branch of life science.

Every now and again my typos are cool trivia

How good is this present, Queensland weather for beach work! Also, another week, or so and the Bass will be waiting for me at my local river haunt.

    Why gold forms in Quartz

How gold nuggets form is a mystery. Could electricity from earthquakes hold the answer? - ABC News
Now, research by Dr Voisey and his colleagues suggests the formation of these nuggets may be due to electricity generated by the pressure of earthquakes — a phenomenon known as piezoelectricity.
Their experiments, published today in Nature Geoscience, showed seismic activity led to an accumulation of gold particles in quartz.
"We found that once gold was on the quartz's surface, it would actually become the the main focus for further gold to deposit," Dr Voisey said.

While that many not be trivial or it maybe. It included the Triva piezoelectric!

It's a '93 and done more beach work than a lot of 4bees, I'd reckon and with proper attention and care, the rust is minimal.

A lot less than my old '85 Rangie, which did a similar amount of trips to the beach. Rust was the cause of its demise.

Waterproof and Wind resistance can be tested!

    Storm proof testing perhaps?
Not suggesting I can stand up in super typhoon yagi wind speed "Packing maximum sustained winds of 209 kph (130 mph) near its eye, Yagi registers as the world's second-most powerful tropical cyclone in 2024 so far, after the Category 5 Atlantic hurricane Beryl"

I did go flying indoors in high wind a few weeks ago. It was supposed to be another person who got bounced out for me to try flying Indoor Skydiving at iFLY Australia (iflyworld.com.au)
