Cheers, Billy.
Keeping it simple is complicated.

A new coating for pipes has been shown to reduce the formation of fatbergs – congealed masses of oils, grease and sanitary items in sewers — by up to 30 per cent.
The coating is designed to reduce the release of calcium, a key component in fatberg formation, in concrete piping.

During the "Australia Cup" match racing in Perth back in the last 80s - early 90s we often hosted a pile of "people" (and I use that term loosely) on the boat on behalf of the yacht club / state govt. The phrase "if it hasn't come through you it doesn't go down the toilet" would appear pretty self explanatory excepting entitled journalist women at that time of the month. The string catches the macerator and requires a pretty gross "manual intervention" to rectify.
I don't even want to think about what these people "flush". So the blockages are really no surprise.

I mentioned the Americas Cup to a young person just a couple of weeks ago. "What's that? she asked!
I flew a helicopter full time for the complete series, plus some other off race day flights, and I will be waking up (hopefully) tomorrow for my 80th birthday!

Dim sims: The history of a Chinese-Australian icon - ABC News
"William Chen Wing Young, invented and popularised the Australian dim sim in the 1940s.Ms Chong said her father noticed that Australians visiting his restaurant, Wing Lee in Melbourne's Chinatown, particularly enjoyed the tiny pork mince dim sum dumplings called siu mai.
Sensing a business opportunity, Mr Wing Young adapted the recipe to create a commercial version and produced them in a factory "by the thousands", Ms Chong said."
Dim sim is part of Yum Cha
Yum cha is the Cantonese tradition of breakfast or brunch involving Chinese tea and dim sum.[1][2] The practice is popular in Cantonese-speaking regions, including Guangdong province, Guangxi province, Hong Kong, and Macau.[3] It is also carried out in other regions worldwide where there are overseas Cantonese communities. Yum cha generally involves small portions of steamed, pan-fried, or deep-fried dim sum dishes served in bamboo steamers, which are designed to be eaten communally and washed down with hot tea.[4][5] People often go to yum cha in large groups for family gatherings and celebrations.
