    Anti Vaxers arent orgional appareantly and head in the Clouds?

    This study of the Victorian anti-vaxxers shows us that there are indeed recurrent fears more than two centuries
    scare stories, such as an association between vaccination and tooth decay or mental illness-

    Victorian Britain had its own anti-vaxxers – and they helped bring down a government

    On topic I am almost due for another to cover from the clouds

    The vaccine cover XFB, dubbed Stratus, and NB.1.8.1, known as Nimbus

    Continuing with the naval theme, my grandfather, a canny Scot, coerced a USN bod to part with this, sometime in the '40s.

    I found something similar when I was a young teen.
    The inscription read;

    Yea though I walk,
    Through the valley of death,
    I shall fear no evil,
    For I am the evillist,
    Son of a bitch,
    In the valley.

    Judging by the cost of engraving in the mid sixties, I would hazard a guess and say it was owned by a Digger, who had it engraved in Vietnam.

    Did you know one of the main reasons Australia went with the American F-111 and not the British TSR-2 was that the USA gave us a better deal on the nukes they could carry. Then the Australian government changed and nukes were off the table, which didn't help get the TSR-2 over the line and into production.

    Loved the F1-11 afterburner trick. I did not like picking up after they hit the water at speed! They did go fast and low. Inverting turning a turn when a few metres over my ocean before a simulated attack on my ship is not ideal!!! RIP

    I read about that Nuclear capable bit in the yarn I linked.
