Yes - but on the other hand I remember an uncle of mine (a pharmacist, no less) who started taking large doses of vitamin C many years ago. It took several years to connect this to the dermatitis he developed!

I work with four Doctors and know several pharmacists very well. Promise as smart as they are they are still human.
Vitamin C is a really fun topic. I love my citrus with bucket loads of mandarins, oranges and soon my favorite tangelos.

Fights colds, Cures cancers and Skin are some of the claims. SkKin Health Victoria which is not a Victorian Government site was a get read. The site has to many fatal flaws to share. A review at the bottom I will share sums it up very well "Calling an article ‘the evidence so far’ and then not giving an accurate picture is really poor quality science and reporting."

Vit C is important and should be part of our health diet. I have seen a person who Mega dosed Vit C Supplements who turned Orange

I love tangellos, but they are not easy to find round here. Also I really like pomellos, but have seen none for years. First came across them in Burma, and could get them at Woolworths here for a few yearsin the late 90s.
