That sounds more like, Coopers always seem to be a cut above the rest. Old Family Brewery, they had their own water well when they were at Eastern Suburb Leabrook.
No idea where they source from now, maybe spring water (AKA Bore) by Tanker or even D-Sal from a new Bore.
Brewery Water - Coopers - OsmofloAll water used by Coopers originates from aquifers beneath the brewery, reducing the demand on Adelaide's reticulated water supply. This underground water is clean but saline and is purified by reverse osmosis.

anyone had floater recently?
they used to be worthwhile standing there at the cart to enjoy
The ones that I knew of at the time were the Horse drawn one @ Norwood Parade where the theatre is now & another outside the GPO Victoria Square.
There was one at the Adelaide Railway Terminus but it could have been one relocated from above.?????
Served upside down with lashings of Tomato sauce, all washed down with an ice Cold Halls STONIE Ginger Beer in a glass handle served from a wooden Keg. I recall vinegar in a bottle next to the sauce bottle for added piquancy..
Apparently Pie Carts are non existent here now acc. to Wiki. A bit of a leveler in their days due to famous people/identities using them after hours from the Courts, Parliament House, Sporting folk, visiting Actors etc. & of course moi.
Ah the good old days.
A bit of a shame really.Meat pie adrift in a bowl of warm pea soup, smothered in tomato sauce – awesome!" "Pie floaters are still dished up at several restaurants in Adelaide today. ... "A famous local staple in South Australia is a pie floater, a meat pastry submerged in pea soup, and Bakery on O'Connell whips up a rather good one."
A classic case of the cure being more harmful......
