IIRC all it took for Sir Humphry to dissuade JIm from a course of action was to describe the decision as "courageous".

Quite so.

The other semi memorable bit was Humpy getting locked out of access to Jim's office on a whim.

Coppers running around, Alarm Siren blaring with Humpy locked out on the balcony covered in black ****/dirt.



This was the time Jim & Bernard had him by the nads & Humpy surrendered. Bernard near **** himself when he had to withhold the Key to the the PM's doorway.

Dorothy was also a wake up to the artful dodger & was party to the plan to bar him.


It is little occasions like this that they will be remembered by most who loved the Series.

Heard a interesting chat re omicron today. It does affect many people a lot less than Delta and other strains. It does not provide almost any protection against any other Covid strain apparently! cases of people with two strains at the same time are still rare. It is not rare for people after having omicron to get delta after that! 'Infection will probably help protect individuals from reinfection with the same variant. Infection may offer a small amount of protection from different variants and potentially from future variants.'

The 20 minute mark was funny. The obesity epidemic is really a shocker plus as it is avoidable and self treatment care is key Walking a lot is a great tip Cloth masks sort of worked. My ears are about to fall off after the fantastic N95 worn during our vax sessions. Noting the un-common commonsense proof shown with the people who tell us about covid exposures at home AFTER they have been jabbed We used to keep people for 15 minutes after giving them a vaccines. We send them all out A.S.A.P now as exposure is a given daily now for some of us. Can you can guess which people try to stay for a long chat?
