Hi guys i have started a list of attendees for the expo, i should be there between 8:30am-9am so can help coordinate parking. I will have a list of people who have told me in advance that they will be going to be there as a result the people on the list will have a spot saved for them so if they are going to be a bit late you will have a spot waiting for you.

Barney- is there a time before the expo that you need the numbers? Say a week before or a month or something. That way we can set a cut off date, if you have your name in before that date you are in if not you park with everyone else.

Is this a fair way of doing it?

As for the photos can people get them to me asap so i can get started on doing the boards up i will put every photo that i get sent on a board, if people could write on the back of the photo when it where it was taken and when if possible i will separate the photos accorading to trips so that people can see where we go. So just write Appin July 05 or something like that.

Just have the photos developed and post them to me

matt,
we will be there from 7am. from last years effort, people started arrivingbefore we were set up..at 6.45.i would really appreciate it if you could get there earlier. as a club member, we can have you parking cars ie the aulro cars, once their in, you're free to do what you want. we need all the volunteers we can get from the club to run this thing.
let me know if you're up for it, i promise it wont be too taxing. i can give you a call and explain what is required of you if you want.

Ace that Electroboard with Overhead projector I offered last is still available. I can probably also get a petrol generator to help run it. Only issue will be light (for a good image it will need to be in shade).Could also organise a laptop to display pics and vids.

Thanks Ed, but i reckon light will be an issue, with both the screen and the laptop. I reckon the photo boards is the way to go, we wont need electricity or a particular lighting situation for people to see them.

Barney- I can be there at 7am mate thats no problems, Stacey is unsure as to whether or not she will come but if she comes up she will come in the laser for a while so she can leave when it suits her and marcos. This works fine for me as i am free to stay and help as long as i am needed. Matt

that's great Matt.
the separate car thing is a good idea. we do the same thing so Toni can get home and feed the animals while i'm packing up.

if there are any other LROC members on here that would like to help on the day of the expo or the set up the day before and the weekend before that, can you please get in contact with Greg Stuart, his contact details are in the front of the magazine.
if you can't put in a whole day, that's fine, every bit helps and it will help us get this mammoth task accomplished.
