The plural of platypus is platypode, being of Greek derivation. Plurals using i are Latin nouns.

Heavy rain all the way down to Brisbane.
Bit of excitement with a sheet of Colorbond lying in the middle lane of the Bruce Highway south bound just north of the Morayfield exit. Three lanes of heavy traffic doing 90-100 in heavy rain and swerving to avoid the hazard was a bit interesting. Reported the hazard.
Raining in Brisbane. BOM shows the rain centre has moved down over the border into northern NSW. Severe weather warning. Hope it breaks the drought and fires.

Had to go to Mooloolaba early this morning, heavy rain all the way up,and all the way back around 1.00pm ish.
Missed the colourbond on the road, but there was a piece of scaffold on the gateway bridge, with a speed limit reduction due to the debris.

Also picked up the D4 from MR auto,on the way back, another excellent job,but they did empty my pockets.
Although i wouldn't complain about their prices, they are good, fair and reasonable, workmanship is always outstanding.

So, Colorbond plus scaffold equals poorly loaded tradie's ute/trailer, I wonder?

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
