Politically correct or not Brian, no bastid has the right to damage another person's property or inflict harm to them.

Anyway, why not, it is the corpse's word against yours & if you have done a proper job on them you should be able to walk away.

BTW Jonesey, haven't you said you have Crox up your way. Job done then.

For starters it has been 40 - 48 degrees every day & even though I have lived up here for 30 odd (very odd) years it has started to get to me.
Then our office printer decided to carck it. So I can't print, scan, file or do any basic office work. I have almost 2 weeks of notes of all the stuff I have to file, print & scan once the new printer arrives.
Then some kids turned of our ice creamn display freezers, so throw away a couple of grand of ice cream which I can't replace as the last truck for 3 weeks had already left Mt Isa!
Monday morning at 3am the Roadhouse alarms went off, I drag myself out of bed, grab my touch & thongs & walk out the back door to be sprayed immediatly in the face with a chemical fire extingisher!! After choking, spluttering, falling down the stairs & dropping my tourch I finally got over to the Roadhouse (we live about 5 meters behind it) to find the rear door trashed & a hell of a mess. Took me about an hour to re-secure the place & by then I couldn't I couldn't get to sleep & I can still tast the extingisher.
To top all that of I was driving the forklift into the shed late yesterday to lock up when it blew a hydrolic hose!!

So, MERRY BLOODY CHRISTMAS & a Happy 2020!!

Reminds me of the time I had a locked trailer broken into in Normanton. I had one drop left, but the Albion didn't want their eight pallets until the morning. On the pallets were beers various, spirits galore and a few cartons of plonk.
What did these geniuses nick, you ask; one slab of Gulf Lager, the worst beer, bar none, ever brewed. It was dark, I suppose.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

They do say "crime doesn't pay".

Jonesy you might have to go and check that the room where you keep all your ladders, unopened umbrellas, black cats and mirrors, hasn't been disturbed!

While working for an AC company many years ago,I had a Falcon panel van stolen.
Those were the days when one Ford key worked on numerous other Fords

Anyway they drove it to a vacant block of land and destroyed the dash trying to get the radio out.
They didn’t even look in the back which was full of tools and other gear.

The Ford radio wouldn’t have been worth $20.

The boss had the latest S pack sedan,I think an XE in those days.It got stolen from his driveway one night, next time he saw it was on the news being used as a getaway car in a bank robbery.

Surprised you dont have a few good dogs on heel.
If someone had a go at me, i wouldn't have to feed the dog for a week.
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

Holding yard full of new cars that have not yet had PD done. They are parked in so close to the next one that you cannot open the doors. Over night someone has climbed over the cars and smashed the window to climb in and remove the radio cassette player (remember them? Google if you are too young) police called who found his wallet with drivers licence and library card in the last car. Was known to police who called round to see if was home. Not only at home but with a buyer for them attempting to do a deal. Very happy policeman not so happy buyer and seller
