I like my vegatarians - much of what I eat eats grass I did once try an non meat burger for a laugh - A once off.

Could have put this in so many threads but this one feels right It is US news not here thankfully our we might be very grumpy

We seem to have stopped hording of dunny rolls, beer and burbon here. Did note a butcher sold a lot extra for a few days in late feb as a few 100,000 people found shopping daily was perhaps not the best idea Who bets the yanks will get very grumpy now some of their bbqs and burgers are salad and Salada biscuits? Toombies post in Covid19 re Darwinism and wacky Religious bleach sales made me spill my coffee. Not wishing anyone to die of course. Suspect as usual some will, Not a lot of people here will be on drinking industrial bleach I trust.

I read that the US meat industry is highly centralised with two companies having most of the business and operating on a just in time basis so when plants are shut down because workers are sick it has a huge effect on supply.
