Was in Manchester airport as it seems that Australia has opened its borders and everyone is pouring out and doing the same saw the light on thought we would drop in routine. Have had friends and relatives seemly non stop since early December last year. Could be worse I suppose no one might want to visit

On the way out of departures thought would grab a bottle of drink for the drive home. Went to the newsagent took one look at the queue and decided would pay the extra and grab one from the vending machine

Once upon a time you put some coin in and pressed the numbers and it gave you what you asked for. Then they added the option to pay by tapping your card. So why and who thought it would be a good idea to now require you to download and sign up to an app to be able select your drink and pay ??????

Left the machine and joined the queue in the newsagents

Once upon a time Newsagent sold Newspapers & SMUTTY Magazines They are like Pharmacies these days,once they used to flog frog skins & nowadays you can get the whole shooting match PLUS all the equipment one needs. As I am led to believe, of course.

As you do we were sitting around the kitchen table talking. My mother says something about when you were younger my brother always chasing the girls who were the Dux while I seemed to front up with those who had the looks. Not casting dispersions here, 3, I'm sure your wife has brains AND looks... but having a degree does not necessarily imply intellect, it implies application. Plenty of intelligent folk without, and you only have to look around to see that many stoopid folk do...... US Congressman Hank Johnson has 2 Degrees also, and he believes that the island of Guam will capsize due to the increasing number of Marines stationed there. Of course, just because it hasn't happened yet doesn't mean it won't, right?
