That'd be why the cops have boosted their numbers?

Only two? I 'm sure they can manage without my presence, Jonesy.

I don't really know what people are going crook about, IMO Doomadgee's a paradise on earth when compared to an absolute **** hole like Wadeye/Port Keats, so I guess it's all about what you're used to or when you visit.

Coincidentally that was my Grandmother's name, however this Jessie would like to keep his nads & his feet & his legs & the rest of his anatomy 'cos I've seen what stiffs look like when they cut a Croc open. Did you notice what Crox did to Jonsey's old Petrol Pump? Imagine if that had been a hooman?

The one I particularly liked though was when they cut one big bastard open, the bloke sat up & yelled "April Fool! GOTCHA" & promptly ****ed himself laughing so hard he carked it (or maybe that was caused by his other injuries.)

And if you believe that you'll believe any olde ****.

BTW, have you noticed the time line of all the unrest? They simply wanted Jonesy to return & open the Bar & how about this for Jessies Ian?

Police attended these incidents, however on one occasion had to withdraw after rocks were thrown at their vehicles.

    NOTE
Not at the cops but their ****ing cars ffs! ...What they really, really needed was the presence of of Old Sarge Cotton of SAPOL, he'd have sorted their ****ing duff single handed, no probs. Well he was 10' tall & built like a brick ****house with hands like legs of Mutton.

Deano is correct. Wadeye is the absolute pits. It needs a team of Bumper Farrell type coppers with pick handles and a blind eye from higher management.

The Roadhouse got broken into again last night, that is 5 time during the 3 weeks I have been on leave.
That is also only 2 less times than the past 3.5 years during which I have had no leave but only 2 short (a few days) breaks.
If it is because they know I'm not there or what, I don't know? Bit annoying though, means the first few days I'm back will be sorting out security & discovering what was taken.

Re the Croc's, it's funny, the kids know exactly where they are & where/when they can swim.
Our kids ask to go down the river for a swim, we mention the Crocs & they usually say, she's right, they are on the other side up the top hole. Off they go &, so far, we always get them all back.

BTW The 3 kids we have put into school in Cloncurry love it & don't want to go back to Doomadgee. They call themselves "Cloncurry Kids" now.

Crox aren't stupid yer know Jonesy. They'll sus all that out & be waiting for them, in Cloncurry now no doubt.

They might even read this thread.

They'll probably be buggered when they get there but after a short break they'll be back in business.

EDITED. OOPS! Seems Curry have their own to worry about. Now, What is the lifespan of a 3m Croc. .303 excluded?

The three-metre crocodile on the banks of Chinaman Creek Dam, Cloncurry. CLONCURRY locals are amazed at the biggest croc seen in Chinaman Creek Dam for years. A THREE metre freshwater crocodile has been sighted this week at Cloncurry's Chinaman Creek Dam.Feb 20, 2014
Freshies are not supposed to bite but will you tell them that?.... "Hands off"
