Thanks for that. But I already knew your attitude. Cheers.

Hi,
Got the jab 21 hrs ago. No effects so far .
Was advised that from day 4 to 14 to watch out for niggling pain spots and to come in for a platelet check if any symptoms.
Cheers
But then you end up with this... :whistling:

Why not report all the weird posts from Bob and his bromancee 4bee and maybe the mods will start doing something about all the crap off topic private discussions between these two love birds - maybe create a new restricted section called "Bob's Section" where Bob and 4bee can go and romance each other in private.
I have Factor 5 which is a blood condition which causes blood clots , I went to see my doctor about the risk of having the vaccine. I didn't really get an answer from him , said I could wait until September when the other vaccine would be available & risk the chance of getting clots or have it now & see if I get clots. I have had two bouts in hospital . 1st was minor OP stayed in over night & left 24hr's later with four clots ( at that stage I didn't know I had Factor 5) ended up in Warfarin was rushed to hospital two weeks later with major bleed & a blood transfusion then 9 months of injections in stomach twice a day.
The second OP was a double knee replacement , doctor had me on blood thinners straight after the OP & up on my feet 2hr's after OP & still got four clots . Was on blood thinner tablets for a year .
My father died from a clot & my youngest daughter ( who is a Vet Nurse )also has factor 5 & has researched it I is waiting & suggests I wait so that is what I am going to do.
