That's fine, but no one asked where that medical advice came from. And if it's the best medical advice, why did the quick sharp lockdowns in QLD work so well? Why can't they just say " yes it was a mistake but we will fix it and make sure it doesn't happen again? " The difference between the NSW current outbreak and Victoria , one of them at least, is that Victoria actually stated what an essential business was and which should shut and which could still operate , albeit in covid safe practice. Also when the Northern beaches outbreak occurred, stay at home breaches were mainly from residents going to beaches, parties , parks etc, while the Fairfield breaches have mostly been low income workers going to work, in businesses that should have been shut. To me lessons learned so better tactics can be used is the way to go. To insist that you've done all the right things when blind freddy could see they haven't, is playing politics with peoples lives.
