My old base at Watson's Bay would almost be at the edge of Sydney Central for the 10km rule! That's silly I think. The 5km or closest shop was reasonable here in Vic. A run from Watto bay to the City would have me passing almost a million people!
From Watson bay shopping would be Bondi, Bondi Junction Rose bay.......... if needed. Noting as well for exercise- a run up old south head road from Watto Bay was steep enough to be HIT exercise plus negating the need to run on to Bondi Beach except for a Swim when I was having fun there[thumbsupbig]

If you got dose 1 Pfizer 1 Sept and 2nd 22 September you would be possibly better covered. Unless in a hot zone I think the advice the nurse gave is possibly the current medical advice.
