The lady at the youth centre,that recently tested positive,actually had as her first symptom a very bad headache that wouldn’t go away.
She went to the doctor and as an off chance,the doctor thought a COVID test would be a good idea.

Seems many also have heart issues after having the virus.[bigsad]

Dr. Iwasaki sounds like a James Bond Character to me so just how genuine this info is could be anyone's guess, I guess.



Seriously though, we intend to keep up the washing of the hands & social distancing etc etc until this thing is knocked on the head, however long that may be or until I cark it due to Natural Causes. What else can one do? Zilch I reckon.[biggrin]

Could be but there's a long way to go before we really know I think - Cardiologist Dr Rohin Francis has just posted his latest video - checkout Medlife Crisis if you haven't - great channel. He and his Wife have both contracted and recovered from CV19 (He had more mild symptoms but his Wife was very sick for a while) and his views on this topic are worth listening to IMO.

It has been known for months that it is a systemic infection, not just a respiratory disease, as it can enter a number of different types of cell that have the ACE receptors as well as respiratory system cells. What is less clear is just what effects it can have on the organs it can infect.

No. The correct statement is "We are currently carrying out the phase 3 trials of this vaccine, and on completion of these trials, and assessment of the results, but not before, we will be certain that the vaccine is both effective and with no serious side effects in any of the test subjects. No medical procedure (or anything else in life) is "sure", but a lot are close to it, including most vaccines.

Dr Norman Swan said the virus enters the nose, where there are nerves for smelling connected directly to the brain, so the virus can enter those nerves and move into the brain, which is scary.
