I do recall the days when almost every young girl wanted to be an 'Air Hostess' in Australia. They had to have as a minimum, Be under 18, a Nursing Certificate, (Single or Double I know not) or be a qualified First Aider later on, be a certain height & weight & never put on weight, & a few other "qualifications" can't recall those now.
